What makes Chocomind cookies different?
Every cookie is handcrafted, generously stuffed with premium fillings, and individually wrapped in a resealable pouch. We use real chocolate, real butter, and never cut corners on quality.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Best enjoyed within 10 days at room temperature. Freeze in the original sealed pouch for up to 3 months — thaw at room temp before eating.
What flavors do you offer?
We currently have 6 flavors: Peanut Butter Lover, OG Choco Chunk, Hazelnut Dream, Cookie Monster, Cookie Butter Obsession, and Choco Overload. Check our shop page for availability.
Are your cookies suitable for allergies?
Our cookies are baked in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts. Each product page lists specific allergens. We can't guarantee allergen-free production at this time.
Do you have vegan or gluten-free options?
Not at the moment, but we're exploring it. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when new options drop.

How long does shipping take?
It depends on where you are! Here's a breakdown:
Toronto Next Day Delivery via Trexity.
GTA and surrounding areas.
Express Delivery via UPS or Canada Post, 1 business day.
Ontario Standard Shipping via UPS or Canada Post, 1–2 business days.
Rest of Canada — Standard Shipping via UPS or Canada Post, 1–4 business days.
All orders are carefully packed to keep your cookies fresh and intact. 🍫
Do you ship across Canada and the US?
We currently ship across most of Canada. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to certain remote and rural areas, including:
Northern Ontario (P0, P8, P9)
Northern & Rural BC (V0, V1, V2, V9)
Northern & Rural Alberta (T0, T7, T8, T9)
Rural Saskatchewan (S0, S9)
Rural Manitoba (R0, R8, R9)
Rural Atlantic Canada (A0, A2, B0, C0, E0, E3–E9)
Northern Quebec (G0, G8, G9, J0)
Yukon (Y0, Y1), Northwest Territories & Nunavut (X0, X1)

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status anytime from your account page.
What if my cookies arrive damaged?
Every box is carefully packed to ensure the best possible shipping experience. However, if your cookies arrive damaged, please send photos of the package and products as soon as possible to hello@chocomind.com and we’ll be happy to help.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We're unable to cancel orders, but if you need to make a change, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
Are taxes included in the price?
Prices shown are pre-tax. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Do you offer refunds?
Because cookies are perishable, we don't accept returns. However, if there's an issue with your order, reach out and we'll make it right.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes — digital gift cards are available in multiple denominations and never expire. Find them in our shop.

Every cookie is handcrafted in our Toronto production facility. We're not open to the public, but every batch is baked fresh by our small team.
