Pamela had two degrees in Chemical Engineering — a career already mapped out. Instead, she followed something else entirely: a passion for pastry. Together with his husband Raffaele, they built a cake design studio in Italy from the ground up — creating thousands of custom cakes and turning craftsmanship into a full-time business. Years of hands-on experience. Precision, creativity, and an obsession for doing things properly.
Then came a turning point. An opportunity in Toronto — and a choice to leave everything behind. Their business. Their home. Their comfort zone. To start again. A new chapter. A bigger vision.
Over time, through different experiences, one thing never changed: the desire to build something of their own — again. Back in the kitchen, experimenting, testing, refining…
