At Chocomind, every order is freshly baked and carefully packed to ensure the best possible experience.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at hello@chocomind.com as soon as possible. Orders may only be cancelled before production or fulfillment begins.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if there is an issue with product quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include:
- your order number
- photos of the package and products
- a brief description of the issue
We review all cases individually and will do our best to make things right.
Please note:
- slight variations in appearance are normal due to the handmade nature of our cookies
- delays caused by shipping carriers are outside of our direct control
- gift cards are final sale
