All Chocomind cookies are baked fresh to order.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipment or local delivery.

During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary depending on location and carrier performance.

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.

Chocomind is not responsible for melting or heat-related changes that may occur during transit, especially during warmer months.

For the best experience, we recommend bringing packages indoors as soon as possible after delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Local delivery may be available in select areas within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
